Perth ranks high in the world index of quality liveable cities, but not everyone can afford to live in Perth because of high Perth house prices.
With the divorce last week and the forced property settlement next week, I, for one, won’t be able to afford to live in Perth all of the time. That’s despite my being the only one to pay the mortgage for our $1.1 million affordable house for sale in Perth’s northern suburb of Padbury. Alternatively, you can buy half the house to use all of the house, half the year in a good time share Perth house deal. I’ll miss this good, solid house in a GREAT location near schools, near Greenwood train station, near shops, near Hillarys Boat Harbour and best of all, near the Hepburn Heights urban bushland and Pinneroo Valley full of kangaroos and beautiful flowers in Perth’s northern suburbs.

I plan to live cheaply and work from my home in Thailand during Perth winters and rent a mobile home/van in Perth in summer with a StarLink so I can keep doing SEO and GEO.

We built a lifestyle city. We just can’t all live in it.
